Preschool Yoga
A playful introduction to yoga for children, approximate ages 3-5. Classes will indulge the natural curiosity of children and delight the senses by incorporating music, movement, special props, narrative, and imagination. Students will be encouraged to focus on breath work, mindfulness, balance, and flexibility. This class will encourage positive self-care habits of body, mind, and spirit – both on and off the mat.
